Days on Market:

DOM – The number of days from the time a property was initially listed until it got an accepted contract that later closed. Properties that are taken off the market for 60 days reset the days on market to zero when they are relisted.

Minimum DOM – 0
Maximum DOM – 357
Median DOM – 79

Sale Price Ratio:

SP:LP – The percentage of the final listing price vs. the actual closing price. Example – a property was initially listed for $120,000, later had a price drop to $100,000, and closed for $90,000. The SP:LP would be 90%. During the housing  boom, most sold homes sold for approximately 3% off list price. Today, most areas in St. Louis average 4-6% off of the final listing price.
